The internet is packed with videos and "how to guides" to walk you though the steps to create this powerful digital signage system for your business. There is a big community for the raspberry pi and for the Screenly software. Whatever your problem or issues, a quick internet search will find you the answer you need.

Having said that, if you are someone who has only ever used Windows or has no experience whatsoever in simple programming or have never seen a raspberry pi computer, then it's going to be a learning curve that will take a considerable time to master before you get things right. It is absolutely worth the effort and time but be aware that it's going to be down to you.

Some of you might want to learn new things and that's great, but some of you just want to get going as quickly as possible and focus on making money. If you are the person that learns best when shown how to do something then working with our support is definitely for you.

 

 

Ah! this is where we start paying a fortune right?

Not at all! We are providing this support service on a NOT FOR PROFIT business model which is why we can charge an incredibly low fixed fee of just £30 per hour (with a minimum 1 is required).  Compare that to any IT support business and you will find that our fees are very low for what we do.

But that's not all... After the first hour, we switch to 30 minute billing which means that you don't ever pay for more time than you need. You pay for as much or as little support as you need. Now that's a service worth having!

 

How long will take to install and configure? I want an idea of what this will ACTUALLY cost me if I use your support.

 

The set-up time for installing the digital signage system can vary depending upon factors such as your previous experience of working with computers or network issues or modifying the code to work with your particular TV or monitor.

There is also the training of how to add and modify your adverts, how to connect to the raspberry pi using another computer and so on. The typical average time for configuration is 2 hours where it is a very straight forward install but it can take considerably longer if technical issues are raised.

To make you feel more comfortable about the hourly charging and just how long we might be there, we can offer you a fixed price configuration with no time limits for the incredible price of just £50.

So if we get stuck in debugs that add hours to the job, well, that's our loss, not yours. You will be secure in the knowledge that it won't cost you a penny more for our time if you use the fixed fee installation option.

Having installed, configured and trained you on your new digital signage system, should you encounter any problems or you need advice on a technical issue, you can contact us by email and we will be only too happy to help. What's even better, we do not charge for this email support. If the problem cannot be resolved by email, we will come back to you to resolve the problem. If we have to do this then we will have to charge the hourly rates once again.

We won't ever ask for a service agreement or contract or a monthly support fee......EVER!
